At Logical Links (RUHSH | Chauffeur), we provide both Standard Rides and Premium Services. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Reservations
- Chauffeur Services: Reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed once payment or account details are provided.
- Standard Rides: Reservations may be made in advance or on-demand, subject to vehicle availability.
- Rates & Payments
- Rates vary based on service type, distance, time, and vehicle selection.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or vehicle cleaning.
- Payment may be made by credit card, debit, cash, or approved corporate account.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
Chauffeur Services:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: No charge.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of fare.
- No-show without notice: 100% of fare.
Standard Rides:
- Cancellation within 15 minutes of booking: No charge.
- Cancellation after driver dispatch: $15 fee.
- No-show after driver arrival: Full fare may be charged.
- Waiting Time
Chauffeur Services:
- Airport pickups include 30 minutes complimentary waiting after flight landing.
- Other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting.
- Additional waiting billed at the hourly rate.
Standard Rides:
- First 5 minutes are complimentary.
- Additional waiting billed at standard per-minute rates.
- Delays & Liability
- While we strive to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Clients are encouraged to allow extra time for travel when scheduling important events (e.g., flights, meetings).
- Safety & Conduct
- All passengers must wear seat belts in accordance with Ontario law.
- Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Clients are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by themselves or their guests.
- Privacy
- All personal and travel details are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared, except as required by law.
- Agreement
- By booking a Standard Ride or Premium Service with Logical Links (RUHSH | Chauffeur) you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
